I never review sandwiches but this one deserves a whole book of compliments!! Not only did they have delicious gluten free bread, but the meats were delicious, cheese was fresh, basil, tomatoes were sliced right before adding it to the sandwich! The staff are a 10 out of 10, as soon as I ordered a gluten free bread, they asked all the follow up questions to ensure they were being cautious with their preparation. As a native NY'er I've had lots of sandwiches and this is my favorite, 10 out of 10 hands down! My family ordered three different sandwiches (Caprese/Summer, Paradiso, Venice Beach, all were excellent and we will absolutely be back! Dont be afraid of the touristy location, this place is not in the thick of it and totally worth it! We will be taking a detour and picking up sandwiches every time we are in the city! I can't wait to have my Le Caprese sandwich again!!!

My friend recommended me that I try All'Antico Vinaio and I didn't realize they have multiple stores in Manhattan. I went to the one near Times Square and it is a very tiny location but such kind and hard workers making delicious sandwiches in an assembly line. The focaccia bread was so fresh and complimented the prosciutto and cheese so well. Service is amazing and with a smile.

This is a perfect sandwich. It's a small place in a touristy part, but it's worth suffering through Times Square for. You order at the counter first and pay for it at the register towards the back of the store. All the meats are sliced to order, the focaccia is being pulled out of the oven throughout the day so it's fresh, and every other ingredient is fresh. The prices listed include tax, which was a nice surprise. I ordered a La Summer sandwich, which is so refreshing for the hot weather. There's not much else I can say, but I would order this all over again!

This small little place sure packs in a lot of flavor in their sandwiches. The line was pretty long but went really fast in this trendy little sandwich shop. The line was helpful in giving me time to choose what to eat cause everything sounded and looked great. I went with La Dante and it is probably up there in the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Highly recommend!

This sandwich shop is everything I hoped for and more. Everything is imported from Italy and mind blowing good. I only wish my appetite was able to stand up to their impressive menu. I urge all to at least try once. All' Antico Vinaio should be on everyone's bucket list.

I visited in the afternoon on Sunday after a Broadway show and this sandwich was the perfect late lunch! It's a small deli with side counter seating space, when we arrived there was no line, but a few people came in after us. We got the La Paradiso with mortadella, stracciatella, pistachio cream served on warm and fresh focaccia. The sandwich was large enough to share between two of us. It was delicious!!

La schiacciata del boss $20 Prosciutto toscani, pecorino, truffle Needed a quick dinner before a show so I stopped by the Times Square location. These sandwiches are HUGE. Do not attempt to finish one by yourself. Bread is fresh and warm, generous slather of truffle cream, thick pecorino cheese, so much layered prosciutto that I questioned whether I'm eating an entire pack.

Arriving a little after 1pm, on a Saturday, there was a line out the door, however it moved pretty quickly. The menu consists of a variety of sandwiches. Prices range from $18-$20, however sandwiches are large and can be easily shared. You can see the freshly baked bread constantly being brought out. We opted for the La Paradiso which include Mortadella, stracciatella, pistachio cream, pistachio. It was heavenly. I was worried that the pistachio would be overpowering, but it wasn't and each bite was a delight. They also serve wine. There are a handful of seats, but definitely not a big space. A great spot for a little piece of Italy and a fantastic lunch.
